Happy Birthday!

My Birthday Cake, January 2008
Sometimes you realize that there are words you simply like to say (or to hear).
“Happy Birthday!” is something I love to say! And hear!
It reminds me that I sort of have my own personal holiday — a simple pleasure. One of which is not always celebrated like I would prefer or ever enjoy, and that is irrelevant to most of the world. However, it remains my holiday.
So, if today is your birthday — Happy Birthday!

You have the choice … Will you celebrate, even as a form of acceptance and resolve? Will you at least consider it?
Additionally, I encourage you to celebrate even If (and especially if!) you don’t “feel” like celebrating. {{hugs}}

But I am also blessed to hear them when I am convinced that easier times will never come … When I am convinced I will never “exhale” again as I race through Life.)
If and when Life gets a little too “real” and you want to know where the proverbial EXIT door is located … Pause. Breathe. Release.
If “it” comes back, practice your catch and release technique. Find your courage … We are always stronger than we think we are. I know this because I have experienced my own “hidden strength” … Read more.
For You formed my inward parts;You wove me in my mother’s womb. ~Psalm 139:13
