This has been an extremely hectic week …

Said fact became agonizingly apparent when — after listening to the banging and pounding of roofers all day yesterday — I just crashed last night. :-(

However, the early morning hours of this day have already proved today will be better! Elements of this day have already included:

  • awakening very early … adored the q-u-i-e-t
  • yoga-pilates; ya’ll, I do this to remain mobile!
  • my fabulous and colorful aRt JouRnal
  • café mocha — of course! ;-)
  • breathing in the crisp Autumn air … while star-gazing

Also on the agenda for the remainder of this day:

  • a long walk … classical music playing on my iPod ♫♬ ♫
  • aerobic house cleaning and loud music until roofers finish (hopefully before noon!)
  • decluttering my desk (it is driving me nuts!! 8-O )
  • beading, beading, beading …
  • chocolate — of course! ;-)
  • driving to the airport ✈ at midnight to taxi DH home

One last thing … After chatting online with several early-riser, twitter chums, I visited the websites of eclectic artist, Allison Strine. Reading this post inspired me to compile my personal …
